Scope, availability, deliverables, timing, payment, confidentiality, ownership, responsibilities, and support are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Using the website or submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement.
Pricing and Capacity
Prices are in US dollars. Fixed-scope offers cover the stated deliverables and boundaries. Starting prices and ranges depend on the agreed work, complexity, and capacity. Third-party fees, licenses, travel, and additional scope are excluded unless included in the agreement.
The working-session credit can be applied once to one Idea → Framework or Startup Blueprint purchased within 30 days of the session. One credit per company; no stacking or cash value. Monthly advisory allowances do not roll over. Cancellation and payment arrangements are confirmed before the engagement starts.
Experience and Outcomes
Operating narratives describe selected experience from Austin Spence’s career. Company identities are kept confidential. Past experience does not guarantee a particular result for another business; outcomes depend on the scope, inputs, decisions, and execution involved.
